Lush & Co Studios is a beauty studio at 49 Governor’s Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lush & Co Studios.
Use of the website
The content on this website — text, images, branding — is provided for general information about our services. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate but make no warranty as to its completeness or that it is free of errors.
Bookings
Appointment bookings are processed through Fresha (fresha.com), and Fresha’s terms apply to the booking flow. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy, which is communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Service expectations
We aim to deliver every service to a professional standard. If you have a concern about a treatment, please raise it with us in studio at the time, or email hello@lushstudios.gi within 7 days so we can address it.
Health & safety
Some of our treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances — including pregnancy, allergies, or specific medical conditions. You agree to disclose any relevant health information at consultation. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service for safety reasons.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and imagery on this website are the property of Lush & Co Studios or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services.
