Privacy Notice
Lush & Co Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a beauty studio based at 49 Governor’s Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you visit lushstudios.gi or book with us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. The form is processed via Formspree (formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy).
Bookings. Appointments are taken through Fresha (fresha.com/privacy-policy). Booking data is held by Fresha under their own privacy policy.
Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and understand how the site is used. This service is cookieless, does not track users across sessions, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, manage your appointments, and send you appointment-related communications you have requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are retained while we are corresponding with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. Booking records are managed by Fresha for as long as your account exists with them.
Third-party services
Our website uses the following third parties that may process limited data:
- Fresha — appointment booking
- Formspree — contact form delivery
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — anonymous usage statistics
- Hostinger — website hosting
- OpenStreetMap — embedded map of our location
- Google Fonts — typography (loaded from fonts.googleapis.com; Google may log IP addresses)
- Instagram (Meta) — outbound link only; no embedded feed
Your rights
